Protecting personal data is important to us. We process data exclusively within the scope of the applicable law (GDPR, the Austrian Data Protection Act and TKG 2021). This policy informs you about the type, scope and purpose of data processing on this website.

2. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by Wagner IT-Solutions e.U. (operating the platform "instantpage.at"), Adelheid-Popp-Gasse 14/1/36, 1220 Vienna, Austria, acting as our processor under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The hosting runs on the infrastructure of Cloudflare as a technical sub-processor (CDN, edge servers, storage). When the website is accessed, technical data is automatically recorded in server log files:

This data is processed solely to deliver the website and to ensure secure, stable operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where data is transferred to sub-processors outside the EU, this is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Embedded third-party content

Spotify (loads only on click)

A Spotify player is embedded in the music section, but it does not load automatically. A preview placeholder is shown first; a connection to Spotify is established only after you actively click "Load Spotify player". Only from that point is data — including your IP address — transmitted to Spotify (Spotify AB, Sweden), and Spotify may set cookies and process further data. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by clicking; you can withhold it simply by not loading the player. For details, see the Spotify Privacy Policy.

External links (social media)

The links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and SoundCloud are plain text links/icons. Data is only transmitted to these services once you actively click the link and open the respective platform. Their privacy policies then apply.

4. Contact

If you contact us by email (e.g. for a booking enquiry), your message reaches us directly by email. We use your details solely to handle your enquiry; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding), and we delete them once they are no longer required. This email correspondence takes place outside this website and its hosting.

5. Reach measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

This website does not set any tracking cookies of its own. For anonymous reach measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare). This service is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, creates no user profiles and does not track you across websites. Only aggregated, non-identifying metrics are collected (e.g. page views, referrers, approximate region, device type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). As nothing is stored on or read from your device, no consent under § 165 TKG 2021 is required.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent given at any time.
